Simple economical and tasteful. Making your own baby food is easier than
you think. Fruits, veggies and meat can be simply prepared by following
these five steps.

First prep your selection by washing, peeling and chopping your food of
choice.

Second cook it up. Whether you prefer to boil it on the stove or use a
microwave or steamer you’ll know it’s done when it’s soft enough to
mush.

Third curare your selection by using a food processor or strain it until
the desired consistency.

Fourth freeze your food overnight in ice cube trays and transfer frozen
cubes to labeled plastic zip lock bags.

And fifth serve up your concoction for up to two months all you will
need to do is defrost, warm and enjoy.
