A cradle and crib are probably the most important pieces of furniture you will buy (or receive as gifts).  Since your baby will most likely stay in your room for awhile, these would be your first choice. Later on, you can use the crib in the baby’s nursery. Or perhaps, you have a family tradition in which cribs and cradles are handed down from mother to child. How wonderful! In either case, you may already have these items covered. But, you will need to purchase a new crib mattress.

No doubt you have either received or acquired a mobile for the crib. With the variety of mobiles available today, you shouldn’t have a problem picking one out for your baby.
